(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of $500, confinement in the county jail for a term of 12 months, or both such confinement and fine.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 97.15 shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be fined $250, confined in the county jail for 90 days or both such confinement and fine.
