§ 96.03  LIABILITY OF PARENTS WHEN JUVENILE DEFACES PARK AREA.
   In the event that a juvenile defaces or destroys park property, he shall be subject to the fine reflected in § 96.99, and in addition thereto, his or her parents and/or legal guardian shall be subject to a fine and be responsible for restitution or repair for the damage or defacing of park property.
