§ 96.01  RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR USE OF PARKS AREAS.
   The following rules and regulations shall apply to the public’s use of any park areas located within the city limits:
   (A)   No bicycles shall be permitted in the park area.
   (B)   No motorized vehicles shall be permitted in the park area.
   (C)   No glass containers shall be permitted in the park area.
   (D)   No alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the park area.
   (E)   No one shall be permitted to climb any fences or buildings located in the park area.
   (F)   There shall be no swimming in the lake located in the park area.
   (G)   There shall be no ice skating on any lake located in the park area.
   (H)   No one shall be allowed to be on the lake when the lake is frozen.
   (I)   No boats shall be permitted on the lake which is located on park property.
   (J)   No one shall be on the ball field located in the park when their presence on the ball field after a rain would damage the condition of the field.
   (K)   No pets at large or upon a tender, tether, a lead, a restraint, or leash shall be permitted in the park.
   (L)   No sledding, skiing, or snowboarding shall be permitted in the park.
   (M)   No use or operation of a wind-powered, foot-powered, pedal-powered, or motorized wagon, scooter, unicycle, bicycle, tricycle, or other vehicle shall be permitted in the park.
   (N)   No skateboarding, roller skating, in-line skating, unicycling, bicycling, tricycling, or scootering shall be allowed or permitted within the park except for same’s use upon, within, or in context with the uses allowed and proper of the skateboarding facility/event within the park area complex.
   (O)   No one shall be allowed in the park after 12:00 a.m. midnight unless express written or oral consent by a representative of the city has been given in advance.
   (P)   All persons using the park shall be responsible for cleaning up afterwards of any and all garbage, trash, debris, and the like which they caused to be located on park property.
   (Q)   These rules and regulations stated in divisions (A) through (L) of this section are in addition to all state and federal laws now in existence.
