Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both fine and confinement, for each offense. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
