The city hereby adopts specifications for the city for utilities and street improvements as contained in Attachment One of Ordinance 378. Attachment One is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as though fully set out herein. From and after the date on which this section shall take effect the provisions hereof shall be controlling in the construction of all utilities, streets and street improvements within the corporate limits of the City of Dry Ridge, Grant County, Kentucky.
