(A) Except as allowed to legitimate handicapped persons or permitted by KRS Ch. 189, no use or operation of any wind-powered, foot-powered, pedal-powered, or motorized wagon, scooter, unicycle, bicycle, tricycle, or other like vehicle shall be allowed or permitted upon the sidewalks, streets, thoroughfares, boulevards, alleyways or passways of the city.
(B) Except as may be allowed or permitted within the city’s park upon the skateboarding facility/event, no skateboarding, roller skating, in-line skating, in-line roller skating, unicycling, bicycling, tricycling, or scootering shall be allowed or permitted on or upon the sidewalks, streets, thoroughfares, boulevards, alleyways or passways of the city.
