(A) The owner of any dog so impounded may reclaim the dog upon the payment of all appropriate fees and after fulfilling any and all other requirements.
(B) The Grant County Dog Warden shall be entitled to a fee of $10 for his services in releasing any nonregistered dog taken into custody to its owner. (Old Code, § 840.5, § 4) (Ord. 386-1983, passed 4-4-83)
