It shall be unlawful for anyone to park in any one place any vehicle on any of the public ways or streets of the city for a period of twenty-four (24) hours or longer. Any vehicle left parked in any place on any of the public ways or streets of the city for a period of twenty-four (24) hours or longer shall be deemed abandoned, and shall be subject to the regulations of the city pertaining to abandoned motor vehicles as set forth in Ordinance 742-2009.
