§ 71.29 OPERATION OF VEHICLE EMITTING DISTURBING NOISES; OFFENSIVE ODORS AND FUMES.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use or operate any motor vehicle within the city limits, whether licenses or not, if same shall emit loud and disturbing sounds and noises, or noxious fumes and odors and smoke of a gaseous nature, offensive to smell.
