§ 70.06  ADOPTION OF STATE LAW.
   Those Kentucky Revised Statutes germane and applicable to vehicular traffic and the operation of vehicles and the use of streets, roadways and highways by pedestrians are hereby adopted and shall be duly enforced by the city.
