Any customer, person, firm, company, corporation, business enterprise or entity violating any provisions of this chapter shall:
(A) Have water service, without notice, immediately terminated.
(B) Be subject to actions and litigation for relief and redress of damages for injury or loss and expenses occasioned by such violation.
(C) Be guilty of a misdemeanor for each separate violation, and be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00); confined in the place of appropriate detention for not less than ten (10) days nor more than six (6) months; or both fine and confinement.
