(A) The minimum water bill shall be for two thousand (2,000) gallons of water. A three (3) tier rate structure shall be established as follows:
(1) The rate of twelve dollars and twenty five cents ($12.25) for each 1,000 gallon increment for the first 2,000 gallons.
(2) The rate of eleven dollars and sixty seven cents ($11.67) for each 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof between 2,001 and 10,000 gallons.
(3) The rate of eleven dollars and twenty seven cents ($11.27) for each 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof above 10,000 gallons of water metered shall be charged or estimated as the case may be, all to be exacted and charged.
(B) The effective change shall begin on the billing due date being July 15, 2017.
