§ 38.16  MISUSE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
   No officer or employee of the city or any city agency shall intentionally use or disclose information acquired in the course of his official duties, if the primary purpose of the use or disclosure is to further his personal financial interest or that of another person or business. Information shall be deemed confidential, if not subject to disclosure pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.872 to 61.884, at the time of its use or disclosure, or if such information was acquired by an officer or employee during an executive session of an official meeting of the city of any city agency, or such information was disclosed to an officer or employee of the city of any city agency at conference with the city’s attorney or other legal counsel engaged by the city, city council or city agency.
