7-7-22: DISINTERMENT AND REMOVAL:

Disinterment and removal of a body shall not be made without the permission as provided by law. Graves shall not be opened for inspection except for official investigation and as may be ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction. (1980 Code § 6-22)
