A. Hours Designated: It shall be unlawful for any person to be present in any city cemeteries from eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. to six o'clock (6:00) A.M. Any person present in any cemetery shall be in violation of this section and shall be subject to punishment as set forth in section 7-7-25 of this chapter.
B. Exceptions: The city commission shall set all special holidays and celebrations that are excepted from enforcement of this section by posting the same at city hall. (Ord. 214, 8-3-1999)
