7-7-5: EXECUTION OF DEEDS:
The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized to execute deeds to lots in Green Lawn Cemetery to the purchasers. Said deeds shall be executed only after payment of the fees established in section 7-7-4 of this chapter. (1980 Code § 6-5)
