16-1-410: TAMPERING WITH HYDRANTS:
Fire hydrants shall not be tampered with and no one shall use, adjust, alter or change any fire hydrant except the Draper City Fire Department or person authorized by the City. Violation of this section shall be a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both, as prescribed by applicable Statutes of the State of Utah. (1994 Code)
