Unless stated otherwise, a period of time specified in this title shall be calendar days. The time within which an act is to be done shall be computed by excluding the first day and including the last day. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, then the last day shall be the next following business day. A deadline shall be considered on the date in question at the end of the business day which shall be no later than at 5:00 p.m. as determined by Draper City's Network Time Protocol.
