1-2-060: SEVERABILITY CLAUSE:
If any title, chapter, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this code is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutional, invalid, void or unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this code.
