§ 33.33 PREVENTION BY REMONSTRANCES.
   If, no later than seven days following the public hearing, those persons representing two-thirds or more of the proposed assessment within the proposed local improvement district file with the Recorder a written objection or remonstrance against the proposed improvement, such remonstrance shall be a bar to any further proceeding in the making of such improvement for the period of six months.
