§ 32.066 IMPROVEMENT PLAN.

   The City Council shall adopt a plan that:

   (a)   Lists the capital improvements that may be funded with improvement fee revenues;

   (b)   Lists the estimated cost and time of construction of each improvement; and

   (c)   Describes the process for modifying the plan.
