§ 32.025 CONFLICT WITH STATE PUBLIC CONTRACTING CODE.
   In the event of a conflict between any provision of the State Public Contracting Code, being O.R.S. Chapters 279A, 279B and 279C and this chapter, the provisions of the State Public Contracting Code shall control.
