At the time of application for final approval to construct a new park, or expand an existing park, the applicant shall submit copies of the following required detailed plans to the appropriate reviewing departments and agencies as required by law or ordinance:
(A) New structures;
(B) Water supply and sewage disposal systems;
(C) Electrical systems;
(D) Road, sidewalk and patio construction;
(E) Drainage system; and
(F) Recreational area improvements.
