§ 151.139 POWERS AND DUTIES GENERALLY.

It shall be the duty of the city’s Planning Commission, and they shall have the power, except as other wise provided by law, to recommend and make suggestions to the City Council as to all other public authorities concerning the development and use of land in and around the city and to take all action necessary or proper to carry out the provisions of this chapter and the responsibilities specified in this chapter.
