   (B)   Additional setbacks may be required where a permit is required prior to development as a condition of the development.
   (C)   Additional setbacks may be required where necessary to maintain a vision clearance and on corner lots.
   (D)   Open, uncovered porches, fireplaces, cornices and eaves and undetachable mobile home drawbar or hitches, may project up to two feet into the required setback, provided the setback is not less than three feet.
