§ 151.069 SUBDIVISION AND MINOR PARTITION.
   A development permit allowing subdivision or major partition may be granted if the following criteria are met:
   (A)   The proposed development is consistent with and promotes the objectives of the Comprehensive Plan; and
   (B)   The proposed development is consistent with and promotes the objectives of this chapter and the Standards Document.
