§ 151.066 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

(A) A permit may be revoked if development or use is not being used for the purpose or in the manner for which the development permit was granted or if the development or use is prohibited by law.

(B) This chapter shall not affect any development permitted before this chapter is enacted or any application for a development permit pending at the time this chapter is enacted.
