§ 151.060 BUILDING PERMITS, SIGN PERMITS, EXCAVATION IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND HOME OCCUPATION.

A development permit allowing excavation in the right of way, development of a structure, accessing structure or sign or allowing a home occupation shall be granted if the proposed development will comply with this chapter, the Standards Document and all other rules and regulations pertaining to construction of a structure, accessory structure, sign or home occupation.
