§ 31.28 GIFTS AND BEQUESTS.
   The Planning Commission may receive gifts, bequests or devises of property to carry out any of the purposes of the Development Ordinance and shall have control and disposition over the same unless §§ 31.20 through 31.29 are repealed, in which case such control shall be vested in the City Council.
