§ 150.01 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   This section is hereby adopted by reference as the new Comprehensive Plan for the City of Drain and its designated Urban Growth Area. The plan shall be known as the “Drain Comprehensive Plan,” and it shall consist of the Plan document attached to Ord. 371 as Exhibit A and one map entitled “City of Drain Land Use Map.”
