(A) Time.
(1) Camping in the area listed in division (B) below may only occur for up to 12 of any 24-hour period.
(2) The City Administrator has the authority to extend these hours for up to ten days in case of inclement weather.
(3) Council approval is necessary to extend these hours past ten days.
(B) Place. Camping on public property within the city limits is only allowed in the designated area located on the north side of 708 South Cedar Street behind the fenced area.
(C) Manner.
(1) No motor vehicle camping is allowed in these areas.
(2) Trash and personal items brought into these areas must be taken out each time someone leaves; no unattended personal items.
(3) No building structures or other similar things.
(4) No drugs, alcohol or smoking.
(5) No open flame, use of gas or propane heaters.
(6) No blocking entrances or driveways.
