§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of § 110.02 is punishable by a fine of not less than $50 but not to exceed $500.
   (B)   Engaging in an activity for which a permit has been revoked is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 or confinement in jail not to exceed 100 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
