§ 91.06 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Council may adopt by resolution, rules and regulations for the use, care control, management, restriction and protection of municipal cemeteries.
   (B)   Copies of these rules and regulations shall be maintained on file at City Hall.
   (C)   No person shall violate the provisions of the cemetery rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this section.
