§ 30.02 REGULAR MEETINGS FALLING ON HOLIDAYS.
   If the regular meeting date of the Council falls on a legal holiday, as defined by state statutes, the Council will meet on the following day in the meeting room of the City Civic Center or as directed by Council. The meeting shall be a regular meeting.
