§ 70.18 CRITERIA.

   The administrative actions of the enforcement authority designated by the City Council shall be based upon consideration of:

   (A)   Traffic engineering principles and traffic investigations;

   (B)   Standards, limitations and rules promulgated by the State Highway Commission; and

   (C)   Other recognized traffic control standards.
