Retrofitting on fire sprinkler systems will be required in each of the following circumstances:
(1) Where improper maintenance has occurred;
(2) On all high hazard systems;
(3) Wherever a specialist deems necessary; and
(4) Wherever required by the OAR.
(B) In the event an assembly is installed on a designated lateral, a detector assembly commensurate with the degree of hazard will be required.
