§ 53.25 RATES.
   (A)   Customers with premises inside the city limits shall pay the monthly charges specified by resolution of the City Council.
   (B)   Customers with premises outside the city limits shall pay one and one-half times the monthly water charges specified by the resolution made under division (A) above.
