§ 52.24 SEWER CONNECTION CHARGE; DEPOSIT.
   (A)   The following shall apply for all residential, commercial and industrial customers for sewer service.
      (1)   Connection charges. All customers for sewer service shall pay the sewer connection charge at the time of application for services in the amount specified by resolution and adopted by City Council.
      (2)   Deposits. All customers for sewer service shall pay the deposit or advanced payment charge at the time of application for services and abide by the specific deposit requirements established by resolution and adopted by City Council. No interest shall be paid on deposits or advanced payments.
      (3)   Lien. If payments are not made, the city may impose a lien on the property.
   (B)   In addition, the owner shall pay the cost of any monitoring device required by the City Administrator and any other costs or charges required by this chapter.
   (C)   A connection permit may be denied if the applicant has an unpaid sewer bill at another address or if there is a lien on the premises.
