(A) Temporary service may be provided for short-term or transient installations such as mobile homes for which a permanent structure for the point of attachment has not yet been constructed (30-day limit), short-term commercial activities and on-site construction operations.
(B) Any person desiring temporary electrical service shall make application for service and shall pay the cost of connecting and dismantling the service as determined by the City Administrator and shall deposit the estimated cost prior to the city beginning work.
(C) The customer shall install and pay for all supports necessary for attachment of the city’s service conductor.
