§ 51.10 VOLTAGE.
   (A)   Electric service shall be furnished in nominal 60 cycles, alternating current, single or three-phase.
   (B)   Voltage at which service will be provided shall be determined by the city. Service voltage shall be confirmed prior to making final plans and ordering equipment.
   (C)   (1)   The city cannot guarantee the constancy of its voltage or frequency, nor can it guarantee against the loss of one or more phases in three-phase service and shall not be responsible for damage caused by either or both of these conditions.
      (2)   The customer shall provide equipment protection for these conditions.
