§ 35.06 CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS.
   (A)   The City Council shall hold a public hearing on the claim. The public hearing should normally be set within 150 days of the demand for compensation but may be set at any time.
   (B)   The City Council may hold an executive session on the claim at any time.
