If the person served with a notice or order to remove or repair a building or structure which has been determined to be a public nuisance should fail within the time stated in said notice or order to abate such nuisance, the Village Solicitor shall be advised of all the facts in the case and shall institute appropriate action in the courts to compel such compliance. If any person, when ordered to vacate an unsafe building or structure, should fail to comply with said order, the Village Police Department shall be advised of all the facts in the case and shall cause such building or structure to be vacated.
