Any owner and/or occupant who is served a notice of violation of any of the provisions of Sections 1309.07 through 1309.24, may, within ten days of receipt of such notice, appeal the findings of the Property Maintenance Officer. Such appeal shall be made by filing with the Property Maintenance Officer a notice of appeal on forms provided for such purpose. Such appeal shall be scheduled for a hearing before the Planning Commission. Fees, notice requirements, procedures for such appeals and hearing shall be as set forth in the Zoning Code.
