(a) Drive access or curb cuts shall generally be limited to one (1) per site provided, however that the Planning Commission may authorize additional access drives or curb cuts where it deems appropriate to handle anticipated traffic volumes and/or to promote vehicular safety.
(b) All driveways shall comply with the following standards:
(1) Driveways shall not exceed twenty-five (25) feet in width at the curb line of the street, except where the Zoning Inspector finds that a greater width is necessary to accommodate the vehicles customarily using the driveway.
(2) Where the Planning Commission authorizes two (2) or more driveways to be located on the same lot, the distance between such drives shall be as directed by the Commission, but in no case less than thirty (30) feet or one third (1/3) of the lot frontage, whichever is greater.
(3) No driveway shall be located closer than fifty (50) feet to the radius turnout of any street intersection.
