1167.03 MINIMUM PARKING REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   The number of off-street parking spaces required by this chapter shall be provided on the same lot as the principal use and the required number of off-street parking spaces specified for each use shall be considered as the absolute minimum. For purposes of this Zoning Ordinance, an off-street parking space shall be no less than one hundred eighty (180) square feet in area plus adequate ingress and egress provided for each off-street parking space. All parking facilities shall meet the requirements of the "Americans with Disabilities Act" (ADA). Required off-street loading areas shall not be included as off-street parking.
   (b)   For the purposes of this section, floor area shall mean the gross square footage contained within the exterior walls of any building or structure.

Two (2) parking spaces per dwelling unit.
Home Occupation
One (1) parking space per home occupation in addition to residence requirements.
Industrial Uses including Manufacturing, Storage, and Warehousing
One (1) parking space for each four hundred (400) square feet of gross floor area.
Libraries
One (1) parking space for each four hundred (400) square feet of gross floor area.
Lodging Facilities, including Hotels, Motels, Rooming Houses, Tourist Homes, Boarding Houses, and Bed and Breakfast Inns
One and one-half (1-1/2) parking space for each room.
Medical Facilities and Special Care Homes, including Retirement Homes, Hospitals, Sanitariums, and Nursing and Convalescent Homes
Medical Offices and Clinics
One (1) parking spaces for each one hundred fifty (150) square feet of gross floor area.
Offices
One (1) parking space for each three hundred (300) square feet of gross floor space.

Two (2) parking spaces for each classroom, plus one (1) parking space for each three hundred (300) square feet of administrative office area.
Senior High Schools, Colleges, Technical and Trade Schools
Five (5) parking spaces per classroom plus one (1) space for each three hundred (300) square feet of office area.
Uses not otherwise listed
One (1) parking space for each two hundred fifty (250) square feet of gross floor area.
Shopping Centers
Five (5) parking spaces for each 1000 square feet of gross leasable floor space in the center.
Theaters, Indoor
One (1) parking space for each four (4) seats.
Vehicle, Mobile Home, and Farm Equipment Sales and Service
Two (2) parking spaces for each one thousand (1,000) square feet of sales area, plus five (5) spaces for each service bay. Required parking spaces shall not be used for inventory.
