(a) At the time of the erection of any building or structure, or of the alteration, enlargement or increase in capacity of any building, structure or use or at the time of establishment of any use, permanent off-street parking shall be provided as specified herein.
(b) Each application for a Zoning Permit or a Certificate of Occupancy shall include information on the location and dimensions of off-street parking and the means of ingress and egress. The information provided shall be in sufficient detail to enable the Zoning Inspector to determine whether the requirements of this chapter are met.
