"Site plan" means a plan, to scale, of non-single-family residential, commercial or industrial projects, showing uses and structures proposed for a parcel of land as required by the regulations involved. It includes lot lines, streets, building sites, reserved open space, buildings, major landscape features -- both natural and man-made and, depending on requirements, the location of proposed utility lines.
