139.04 MINIMUM HOURS FOR PART-TIME POLICE OFFICERS.
   (a)    Part-time police officers shall be required to work one eight hour shift per month.
   (b)   Part-time police officers shall make themselves available to work at least two additional eight-hour shifts per month if the needs of the department dictate.
