(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 737.041, the village Police Department is hereby authorized to provide police protection to any county, municipal corporation or township of this state upon authorization, pursuant to Policy Statement marked "Exhibit A" and made a part of Resolution 99-34.
(b) The Chief of Police or senior available officer is designated as the person authorized to grant authority to provide said police protection.
