139.01 AUXILIARY POLICE OFFICERS.
   (a)    The Village hereby establishes the position of Auxiliary Police Officer.
   (b)    Individuals appointed to the position of Auxiliary Police Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor and have completed a certified Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy.
   (c)    Auxiliary Police Officers shall be compensated one dollar ($1.00) per year.
   (d)    Auxiliary Police Officers shall work a minimum of twenty-four hours in each calendar month.
   (e)    The Village shall provide each Auxiliary Police Officer with a uniform and weapon.
